The Declaration of Independence for the Republic of MesopoTechnia

            We the Republic of MesopoTechnia declare independence from the United States of America. The reason for our detachment is that we believe that the United States has too much power and control over its citizens and there is too much crime. We believe that our previous country did not do enough to ensure that their citizens got enough exercise to prevent bad health diseases and side effects. The Republic of MesopoTechnia has witnessed the negative effects on the citizens of The United States from the use of tobacco, alcohol and non-prescribed drugs. The United States fails to provide long-term assistance to people without proper resources.                     

            As the Republic of MesopoTechnia, we will eliminate crime with our advanced technology including camera and video usage beyond common limitations. At our schools we will make exercise mandatory and we will make sure that students are exposed to all ways to enjoy staying fit. In MesopoTechnia we will use our recently updated tracking technology to prevent the entry of tobacco, alcohol and harmful drugs into our nation. In our new nation we will provide assistance to all of our citizens because if a portion of our population is poor, unwanted discrimination will occur. Part of the reason our nations name is MesopoTechnia is due to the fact that our nation will be placed where the Fertile Crescent resided. With our advanced technology we have achieved bringing the fertile soil back to the area and we use it to grow our food. As the government of the Republic of MesopoTechnia, we are glad to say that our technology and resources will help structure our utopia.
